As a civil enginner and construction cost estimator, I'm helping GC's and subcontractors to win the bids. I've extensive experience in quantity takeoffs, preparing cost estimates and breakdowns. I've done the procurement too to find out the cheaper vendors with good backgrounds. I've created the bid purposals to submit it to the relevant plateforms independently.
