What do you need from me to get started?
To begin, I will need: The final app file (.aab or .apk for Android, .ipa for iOS). Login access to your Apple Developer Account and/or Google Play Console. (I highly recommend you create a temporary user with "App Manager" or "Admin" role for security, which you can remove after the project).
Do I need to have my own developer accounts?
Yes. You are required to have your own paid developer accounts. Apple App Store: You need an active Apple Developer Program account ($99/year). Google Play Store: You need a Google Play Console account (one-time $25 registration fee).
What if my app gets rejected for a reason you didn't catch?
This is part of my service. If a rejection occurs for any reason, I will analyze the review notes, advise you on the necessary fixes, and handle the communication and resubmission process. There are no extra charges for handling rejections related to the submission process.
My app was already rejected. Can you help?
Absolutely! This is a very common scenario. Please send me the exact rejection message from Apple or Google. I specialize in diagnosing rejection reasons, implementing the required fixes (whether in metadata or code), crafting the perfect appeal response, and resubmitting the app correctly.
How long does the entire process take?
My work—the preparation and submission—typically takes 2-4 days. However, the review times by Apple and Google are beyond my control. Google Play Review: Usually 2-7 days. Apple App Store Review: Usually 1-3 days for new apps, but can sometimes take longer. I will manage the entire timeline.
Do you offer ongoing updates after the app is live?
My standard gig covers the initial submission and approval. However, I offer maintenance packages for future updates. Please message me to discuss a long-term plan if you're interested.
