I am a certified 200hr Yoga Instructor with 7+ years yoga experience. When I started yoga I couldn't touch my toes and within 6 months trained myself to get into the splits! Anything is possible!
I teach private yoga classes both in-person and virtually. I specialize in flexibility, strength and inversions. Beyond this, I have a deep passion for planning strategic yoga classes as well as the development of yoga videos for class use.
