Built candidate pipeline features including automated CV scoring, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and job posting workflows for the employer dashboard. Implemented company profile management (about, news, FAQ, reviews) with a reply-to-review flow and notifications. Fixed UX and validation issues across employer and admin dashboards, and built reusable components (form reset, scroll-to-top, step trackers). Built the Referee & Referral Rewards system end-to-end, from UI to payment processing, across admin and client Next.js apps. Added multi-language support (English, Sinhala, Tamil) via next-intl and Google Cloud Translation API, with a placeholder-token strategy to protect brand terms. Fixed critical Azure production issues, including a misconfigured MongoDB Atlas QA connection string, and unified Blob Storage CORS rules under one policy.
