À propos de moi
Hi, I’m Shiela. i'm a fitness and wellness coach , I enjoy real conversations — the kind where you can talk about your day, relationships, goals, random thoughts, or something you’ve never really said out loud. Sometimes you need advice. Sometimes you just want someone to listen. And sometimes you simply want good company and a conversation that feels natural. I’m here to listen without judgment, share my perspective when you want it, laugh with you, and keep you company for a while. No pressure to impress me. No need to have everything figured out. Just come as you are.... Plus d’infos
