The trainer will be responsible for teaching trainees the complete production process, from material selection and design planning to cutting, shaping, assembling, wiring, quality control, and final finishing. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in handmade lighting products, craftsmanship, vocational training, and small-scale manufacturing. The trainer will help participants develop practical skills that can lead to employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, and sustainable income generation through the production and sale of unique PVC pipe lighting products.
