The freelancer overpromised and underdelivered. She set all the deadlines herself (Oct 18–Nov 1) but missed every one. I approved extensions, gave grace, and followed up multiple times, yet there was no real progress or visible work. Each update was just talk with no delivery. Communication was inconsistent...
