Publicist & Marketing Director Nicole Paradigm Media | 2011–Present Co-Founder | Publicist | Marketing Director | Entertainment & Brand Strategist With more than 15 years of experience spanning Public Relations, Marketing, Entertainment, Media, Celebrity Relations, Event Production, Brand Development, and Experiential Marketing, my career has been built around creating strategic opportunities, developing influential relationships, and bringing brands, talent, and audiences together. My journey began in 2011, when I partnered with my business partner April Nicole to launch Paradigm Radio, a syndicated radio station, along with its sister station, All Praise on Fishbowl Radio. What began as a venture in media quickly became the foundation for a much larger career in entertainment marketing and Public Relations. Working within the radio industry gave me firsthand experience in media, artist relations, promotions, audience development, interviews, publicity, event marketing, and entertainment networking. It also allowed me to establish relationships with artists, entrepreneurs, executives, promoters, influencers, and other industry professionals. That experience ultimately led to the creation of our boutique Public Relations and Marketing firm, Nicole Paradigm Media. 🎙️ 2011 — The Beginning: Paradigm Radio My professional journey into entertainment and media began with the launch of Paradigm Radio, an internet radio station founded alongside my business partner. We partnered with the sister station Total Praise 360 Radio, expanding our reach within the broadcasting and entertainment space.
