• Administered Linux (Ubuntu/Amazon Linux) systems — users/permissions, systemd, networking, disk/memory diagnostics, centralized log analysis, and performance troubleshooting for telecom platform services. • Built automation using Bash and Python (including boto3/AWS SDK scripts) for deployment, diagnostics, backup tasks, and operational tooling across AWScompute/storage (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, EBS, ASG, AMI). • Designed and maintained VPC, subnets, security groups, NACLs, ALB/NLB, Route 53, CloudFront, NAT gateways, and TLS/ACM configurations with IAMroles, policies, and least-privilege access. • Implemented Docker multi-stage builds, Docker Compose, ECR registries, image optimization, and container security scanning; deployed workloads on Kubernetes/EKS with Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, HPA, probes, rolling updates, and RBAC. • Managed Helm chart releases, values per environment, rollbacks; authored Jenkins Declarative pipelines (Jenkinsfile), shared libraries, credentials, parallel stages, and full CI/CD flows (build, test, scan, package, deploy, verify) with dev → staging → production promotion.
