Shumaila Artist

This was my first children's book, and Shumaila worked diligently to meet my expectations. The process took a little longer than I expected. We did about seven revisions until I approved the final product, and she was very responsive throughout the process. After the revisions, Shumaila's illustrations turned out great, capturing the story perfectly.

I think my project may have been too detailed for this artist. I needed AI-generated images corrected, watercolor consistency across all pages, and character details matched throughout. Excellent attention to detail. Anything I asked for that was specific to my Caribbean roots was added without a problem and executed really well. Shumaila is a very skillful illustrator, with the requisite patience. I have worked with her on a project before and returned to her for another because she is very talented, patient, understanding and easy to work with. I am referring her to anyone who need to do illustration.
