● Develop and maintain Level 3/4 Primavera P6 schedules for multiple concurrent SABIC civil work packages, including WBS development, baseline updates, and progress tracking. ● Perform schedule variance analysis and reporting against approved baselines, identifying critical path risks, float erosion, and interface constraints to enable proactive recovery planning. ● Identified a major critical path conflict several months in advance, supporting timely corrective action and helping avoid potential schedule delays. ● Apply EVM concepts and progress measurement systems to support KPI-based reporting, S-curves, and dashboards using Primavera P6 and Excel. ● Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, procurement, and client teams to align schedule updates with on-site execution realities.
