I have 20 years of first-hand experience in customer service, predominantly in the hospitality and service industries. All my professional roles/positions involved customer-facing environments where I was able to meet people from all walks of life and cater to each needs/queries to provide the best and/or most relevant kind of help/assistance that was necessary. Consequently, communication at professional levels was required, and I have always had a natural talent along with a desire to better myself, be it verbal, written or email format.
