What do I need to send you to start?
Send your logo (JPG, PNG, or PDF), the size you want, and the cap or hat style. A clear, high-resolution file gives the best puff results.
Which file formats do you deliver?
I deliver DST, PES, EMB, JEF, and most other machine formats. Tell me your machine brand when you order, and extra formats are available as an add-on.
Can any logo be done in 3D puff?
Most bold shapes and letters work well. Very thin lines and tiny text don’t puff properly, so I adjust or flatten those parts. Message me first if you’re unsure.
Is this manual digitizing or auto-converted?
Every design is digitized by hand. I set the stitch angles, density, and underlay myself, so the puff comes out clean and smooth.
How fast is delivery, and do you offer rush orders?
Simple logos are delivered fast, and complex designs take a little longer. Add Extra Fast Delivery when you order, or message me with your deadline.
