Managed the planning, implementation, and delivery of Trial Interactive products and solution offerings. Tracked delivery schedules, ensured proper quality assurance, and managed changes in work scope. Consulted with customers to identify, design, and implement solutions. Worked with both operations and technical teams on tracking, keeping, and owning the deliverables for Integrations, Migrations, Transfers, and software Validations. Communicated with technical professionals and senior executives, proactively offering solutions to improve their workflow through the life cycle of the project. Worked closely with managers and staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines. Served as a liaison between IT and various teams to drive projects and reported out status and updates. Created and maintained project plans and performed other administrative tasks associated with customer implementations. Consulted with users, management, and vendors to assess computing needs and system requirements. Evaluated proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements. Established a strong working relationship with customers (current and prospective) to define new implementation service needs and wants. Participated in sales efforts from a technical services perspective, including but not limited to attending bid defenses, KOM, retrospectives, and demonstrations as a subject matter technical and process expert. Completed all other tasks deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
