I built the Membership Services function of a Hong Kong private members' club from the ground up — structure, workflows, service model, and the SOPs the team ran on daily — then took over as General Manager.
Before that: Assistant Manager at Carbone with Black Sheep Restaurants, one of Hong Kong's highest-profile dining rooms.
