Do you back up my website before updating?
Yes, always. I create a full backup of your website before touching any plugin, theme, or core update. If anything goes wrong, your site can be restored instantly. Your site's safety is my top priority.
What happens if an update breaks my site?
It rarely happens because I test compatibility after each update. But if a conflict appears, I fix it right away or restore the backup at no extra cost. You will never be left with a broken website.
What access do you need from me?
I just need temporary WordPress admin access (and hosting/FTP access for larger sites). You can change the password after the job is done. I never store your credentials.
Do you update premium and custom plugins too?
Yes. I update free, premium, and custom plugins and themes. If a premium plugin needs a license key, just provide it and I will handle the rest.
Is this a one-time service or monthly?
Both. You can order a single update, or order monthly for ongoing maintenance. Many clients keep me on a monthly basis so their site stays secure and up to date all year round.
