Multi-unit restaurant leader with extensive experience improving operational performance, profitability, and team execution across multiple locations. Before joining Pizza Hut, I spent 15 years with HotBox Pizza, including serving as a District Manager responsible for multiple restaurants. During my time there, I helped drive record-setting sales and profitability while developing managers, improving operations, controlling labor and food costs, and building strong-performing teams. My experience includes labor and schedule optimization, P&L management, food cost and variance control, sales performance, operational and food-safety audits, manager development, training, KPI analysis, staffing, and performance improvement. I bring a practical, operator-focused approach to restaurant consulting. My goal is not to provide generic advice, but to identify what the numbers and day-to-day operation are actually telling us and create clear, realistic actions that restaurant owners and managers can implement.
