Joe and the team really went in on my project, from business concept to target audience. The video session with Joe's team put his professionalism into perspective. Looking forward to generating revenue with this campaign and potentially working with Joe on the next one!

He could have spent two minutes to help resolve the issue and potentially keep a long-term paying client. Instead, the situation ended with a bad review. He did not deliver what I expected, and then blamed the issue on my travel schedule. At this point, I would like a refund, please.

It was good! I liked the video they created for the campaign and I believe it will be instrumental for helping the books become a success.
