What do you need from me to get started?
To start, I’ll need clear reference images of your product from multiple angles, the product label or design (in AI, PDF, or high-res format), and the dimensions if available. If you have a specific idea or vision, feel free to share that too!
Do you create custom 3D models or use templates?
We offer both! If you want a unique 3D model that matches your product exactly, we’ll create a custom one for you. For simpler projects or budget-friendly options, we also offer template-based mockups.
What’s the difference between white background, transparent, and lifestyle mockups?
White background: Clean and minimal, ideal for e-commerce. Transparent background: Allows you to place the image over any background. Lifestyle: The product is placed in a realistic setting for a premium feel.
Can you deliver in 4K resolution?
Yes! We offer 4K resolution as a gig extra. Please select this add-on when ordering or let us know in your message.
Do you provide source files?
We can provide the 3D source files for an extra fee upon request.
How long will it take to complete my order?
Most orders are delivered within 1-2 days depending on the complexity. Larger or custom modeling projects may take a bit more time — we’ll always keep you updated.
