I have worked with relaxation, stress reduction, energy-based practices and personal well-being since 1997. I provide personalized written support focused on stress management, relaxation, emotional balance and self-awareness. My approach includes relaxation, breathing and energy-based techniques, and I am trained at Reiki Master level. I have also led relaxation sessions for groups of 100–200 people. I work in Hungarian, Slovak and Czech with a calm, individual and supportive approach.
