I also build installable progressive web apps — tools a team can add to their phone's home screen and use without an app store. Recent work includes taking a live WooCommerce store's time to first byte from 6.9 seconds to 0.18, and building a trilingual product guide covering 332 products that keeps working offline once installed.

I run a fragrance import and distribution business in Sri Lanka. Alongside the trading side, I build and maintain the company's own software: the WooCommerce storefront, a customer-facing product guide used in-store, and an internal field-sales system for the distribution team. Being the client as well as the developer is where most of what I know about small-business websites comes from.
