Can I use this illustration for monetary purposes?
Of course, all rights are given to you once the commission is finished
Do I receive the editable file upon completion?
Standard and Premium packages include the editable psd file, however, the main character's layer are merged to reduced file size, the background and foreground elements are kept separately
Can I train an AI model based on my illustration?
The png file of the finished illustration comes with a unnoticeable filter which hijacks any attempts to train an AI model, this filter can be removed on the psd file (Standard/Premium). Any image generated from this model can't be used for monetary purposes.
Is there anything off-limits?
Any scene depicting sexually explicit acts involving minors or real-life un-consenting person is prohibited. Extreme, realistic depictions off gore or violent acts is also prohibited. Characters with ambiguous age are only permitted if the character isn't minor-coded.
Do you use any AI tools in your illustrations?
No, but I'm also a computer science engineer, so I'm not against AI tools. If you want to make sure I don't use any sort of AI in my work, please don't hesitate to ask me to record a timelapse (free of charge) beforehand. Keep in mind I can't record timelapses after the illustration is finished
How much do you charge for a Time-lapse?
Due to an increasing cases of AI art scams out there, you can ask for a timelapse without any additional cost, but keep in mind, you have to ask for it before I start with the illustration.
