He did an amazing job and always responded promptly to my emails. I would love to work with him again.

Was not what I asked for. An Architect should always include functional plans, not just pleasing to the eye. He did not include a washer dryer, hot water tank, and the bathroom was not functional for a real life floor plan. He promised he would changed it but he never did. I would not order again.
