Factory Sourcing & Relationship Management:​ Proactively sourced, evaluated, and maintained strong relationships with numerous factories. Was responsible for the end-to-end communication, including RFQ, sample development, production follow-up, and quality assurance. Supply Chain Coordination:​ Managed the operational workflow between internal stakeholders and external factory partners to ensure timely production and on-schedule product launches. Data-Driven Optimization:​ Utilized sales data and market feedback to refine product offerings and provide constructive feedback to factories for continuous improvement.
