I build Python tools that take routine work off small businesses. 14 projects are published as open source, all covered by automated tests and continuous integration (579 tests in total). Highlights: • Telegram bots: appointment booking with reminders and no double bookings, a shop with cart and order statuses, a group moderator, a customer support desk where operators answer from a web panel • Data and reports: a tool that merges dozens of Excel/CSV files into one clean report, Italian e-invoices (FatturaPA) turned into a checked Excel report, a price monitor with Telegram alerts • Backends: a FastAPI service that captures website leads and assigns them to salespeople, a reliable webhook relay for Stripe and GitHub, an uptime monitor with a status page How I work: a clear plan before starting, regular progress updates, a setup guide and a short video on delivery, and support afterwards.
