À propos de moi
I’m Sophie Shubitidze, a Bakery and Pastry Chef from Tbilisi, Georgia. Since graduating from the Georgian Culinary Academy in 2013, I’ve been creating, teaching, and competing in the pastry world.
In 2022, I represented Georgia at MDAS in Paris, and in 2024, I completed professional bakery training at the Basque Culinary Center, Spain. For the past 5 years, I’ve worked as a Bakery & Pastry Mentor at DGF ICC School, teaching both in-person and online students worldwide.
Sharing knowledge is my biggest passion—it’s what inspires my work and keeps my creativity alive.
