Sotiris was excellent! He walked me step by step on what he was doing and made sure I understood everything, answered all my questions and made suggestions when necessary. He made sure everything worked as it was supposed to and showed me troubleshooting steps for the future if I run in to any problems. Highly recommended!

I did not have a very good experience. The server has been set up, and is apparently fully automated which I doubt. The provider was late, for the appointment. Great work as always with Sotiris M. We have done a few projects on my Synology server with success. Everything works as it should and he works fast . Showed me how things work and gave me documentation. I will continue to use him for additional projects in the future! Excellent.
