Acting as "Jack of All Trades" as I am involved in Sales Engineering, QA, Development, Server/Network Administration, Network, Security, Marketing, and more. CimTrak provides advanced file and configuration integrity monitoring for Windows, Linux, Unix platforms, network infrastructures, and more. • Wrote the entire user guide and manual for CimTrak from scratch in an interactive format • Conduct live and remote product demonstrations and sales presentations. • Work booths at Trade Shows such as ISSA, Beckers Hospital Review, DataConnectors, SC Congress, and IHiMA, and more. • Work closely with customers and partners to complete proof of concepts (POC) in test labs and production environments. • Perform product deployments consisting of mass rollout and configuration across multi-platform infrastructures. • Develop final project documentation and provide certified product training to customers and partners. • Provide product positioning support for security and compliance initiatives, including PCI DSS, FISMA, , NERC, FFIEC, and EU GDPR. • Solution sales focused on delivering systems integration services and custom software solutions. • Performed sales and pre-sales engineering roles to developed detailed statements of work, project estimates, proposals, and resource schedules. • System integration projects included SCADA, PLC, IT Infrastructure, and web technologies. • Bug testing and QA responsibilities • Involved in marketing by creating website videos and technical blog posts • Minor Development in LUA scripts for CimTrak
