AI Automation and Custom Dashboards, Scaled an STR business 4 to 31 units
Canada
Anglais
À propos de moi
I scaled a short-term rental business from 4 to 31 properties in under a year and grew one property from $30K to $80K+/yr by systemizing operations.
Now I build those systems for other businesses:
• AI chatbots & guest-messaging assistants
• Custom dashboards for your numbers
• Automations that cut repetitive work
• Web apps (Next.js, Supabase, OpenAI/Claude)
I've built AI trading and financial tracking tools for my own operations, so I build what I'd actually use.
Tell me what's eating your time and I'll tell you straight if automation can fix it.
