The freelancer was polite and willing to offer revisions, but the delivered drafts did not match the premium Etsy-ready style and design direction I requested. The first draft also took longer than expected, and I felt the project needed too much guidance to reach the required quality. We were not creatively aligned, so the order was cancelled.

Unfortunately this experience wasn't great and my end result was not what I asked for even though I gave very clear instructions on what I wanted.

I’m really happy with how my wedding website turned out. The final design is clean, classic, and detailed. The process did take some time because of multiple revisions, but Splash was patient and worked through every change I requested. We collaborated closely to bring my vision to life, and I’m very satisfied with the final product.
