Worked on global business transformation and ERP projects, translating business requirements into effective functional solutions. My responsibilities included process analysis, requirement gathering, functional documentation, system testing, UAT support, defect management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. I collaborated with cross-functional teams across Europe, the USA, and India to support successful implementations, cloud migrations, system enhancements, and post-go-live operations.
