I six months fixing AI appointment setters for home service companies running Jobber, ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro and Podium AI. My work involved diagnosing broken call flows, reconnecting failed API integrations between voice agents and scheduling software, and rebuilding VAPI and Retell setups that stopped booking jobs correctly. I handled cases where AI receptionists dropped calls, double booked technicians, or logged wrong customer details into the CRM. Each fix was tested live with real call scenarios before handover, covering calendar sync errors and script logic that confused callers.
