Stalleence Lama started his professional dance journey at a young age, founding Hybrid Crew and opening his first dance studio in 2014. Over the years, he built experience as a dance teacher, choreographer, and performer, working with reputed institutions and organizations. From 2016–2018, he worked as a dance instructor at schools including Ashok Hall Group of Schools, Kolkata and G.D. Birla Centre for Education, while also expanding his training through platforms like Urban Dance Camp Mumbai (2016). In 2019, he joined Cult.fit as a Dance Fitness Trainer, where he developed his expertise in fitness-based dance formats and group training. He later worked with Gabit (Delhi) in 2024 as a Format Head, creating and developing their dance fitness format. Alongside teaching and fitness, Stalleence has worked as a choreographer and creative professional. He created “Haanga”, one of the first dance films from the hills, and in 2022 worked as an Associate Choreographer after winning the Super Dancer Nepal title. He also began his acting journey in 2023 and has appeared in commercial projects for brands such as Samsung, Bosch, Castrol Oil, and Jim Beam. In 2025, he founded Movement Majesty Dance School in Siliguri, continuing his mission of building a professional dance and fitness community.
