Le pack de plans de base comprend :
- Plans d'étage et élévations existants à l'échelle 1:50 ou 1:100
- Plans d'étage et élévations proposés à l'échelle 1:50 ou 1:100
Le pack de plans standard comprend :
- Voir le pack Premium ci-dessous, à l'exception du formulaire de planification / CIL et de la soumission
Le pack de services premium comprend :
- Définition du cahier des charges
- Développement du design selon le cahier des charges
- Plan de localisation à l'échelle 1:1250 - nécessite l'obtention d'une carte CAD OS auprès d'un tiers
- Plan de bloc à l'échelle 1:500 ou 1:200
- Plans d'étage et élévations existants à l'échelle 1:50 ou 1:100
- Plans d'étage et élévations proposés à l'échelle 1:50 ou 1:100
- Section proposée à l'échelle 1:50 ou 1:100
- Remplissage du formulaire de planification et de CIL en votre nom
- Déclaration incendie si situé à Londres
- Soumission sur le portail de planification en votre nom
