Does the video include music?
Yes, adding royalty-free is an optional add-on.
Do you film on iPhone or camera?
My team and I film using a Nikon camera in 4K which is 4096x2160 resolution. Audio is filmed using a clip-on Ride mic for better quality. Professional lighting is used. This is best for Amazon listing videos.
Will videos be formatted for Amazon?
Yes, we export per Amazon guidelines. Amazon requires videos be <30 FPS, high resolution, .MP4 format, 16:9 horizontal size, and <45 seconds long.
What do you need in order to start the project?
Please message me first to be sure we're a good fit. I like to do some research of your product first and chat more to get an idea of your brand & vision. Once we finalize the offer, you'd ship me the product (costs covered by you). Once I get it, I'll let you know right away so we can start.
Do you include revisions?
Yes, your order includes ONE free editing revision which can be used to correct any minor details or graphics like changing text, choosing a different song, removing a scene, etc.. A second revision or filming brand new change order scenes will incur a revision fee $50+ to hire the team again.
Where can you film?
My team and I film in my home - it's more authentic and relatable for product videos. I can film in my home studio with professional lighting. Or in my bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room, or backyard. You get to choose! Although the studio is ideal for the best lighting and audio quality.
