As a Production Manager at a Music Academy and Production Company, I oversee and coordinate all aspects of music production and studio operations. My role involves managing recording sessions, supervising producers, engineers, musicians, and students, and ensuring that every project meets professional industry standards from start to finish. I plan and organize studio schedules, ensuring efficient use of recording facilities, equipment, and creative personnel. I supervise the entire production workflow including recording, vocal production, instrumental arrangements, mixing, and mastering, while maintaining high-quality sound and creative direction. In addition, I support the academy’s educational programs by guiding students through real-world studio practices, teaching them professional production techniques, and ensuring they gain hands-on experience in music creation and audio engineering. I am also responsible for maintaining studio equipment, coordinating production teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all productions are completed on schedule and within budget. My focus is to create a productive and creative environment where artists and students can develop high-quality music projects. With strong expertise in modern Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), studio management, and music production, I ensure that every project delivered meets professional recording standards and industry expectations.
