Hi! I'm Shawn W. St. John. I'm a dad, husband and award-winning sound designer, voice actor, audio engineer, sound editor and composer with more than 20 years experience. I have a BA in Theatre from Rollins College, where I studied acting, directing, design, radio production and technical theatre. I grew up in Oregon and live in Texas. I love helping artists, organizations and businesses make their message as impactful as possible through the creative use of voice and sound. Shawn did an excellent job shortening my piece to fit the choreography needs of figure skaters. The edits were so smooth I honestly couldn’t tell what had changed. E everything felt completely natural. The cuts were seamless, the sound quality remained strong, and communication throughout the process was clear and professional. Highly recommended.

This was a very niche and specific-sounding project. Shawn not only met the challenge but went above and beyond. He gave me different takes with different versions, and all of them are somehow exactly what I always pictured in my head. He's a mind-reader and a darn good voice actor to boot.
