I've been working in Shopify ecommerce support for about 2 years now, mainly focused on email and SMS marketing, SEO, product listings, affiliate marketing, and full site optimization. I've handled a wide range of Shopify tasks including store setup, product descriptions, listings, and shopping cart configuration, but my strongest area is helping stores get found, convert better, and keep bringing in sales long after the initial setup. On the SEO side, I've done audits, on page optimization, local SEO, and SEO focused product copywriting for multiple stores, along with Google and YouTube SEO work. For marketing, I set up automated email and SMS flows to keep customers engaged after purchase, which has helped stores build repeat buyers and stronger customer trust. I've also worked on affiliate marketing setups for a few stores, helping them recruit affiliates, structure commission plans, and track referral sales properly so the program actually pays for itself instead of just sitting unused. Beyond that, a big part of what I do is full site optimization, going through a store from top to bottom to fix slow load times, clean up broken links, improve navigation, and make sure the checkout flow doesn't lose customers halfway through. Small changes like these often end up having the biggest impact on actual sales numbers. One project I'm proud of involved building a payment gateway solution for a client by creating a sub site under their main store that handled customer details separately, making the checkout and payment process smoother and more secure for their customers. I also helped a jewelry store set up a review system using Judge.me, which took them from having no reviews at all to a steady 5.0 star rating from real customers, something that made a big difference in how new visitors trusted the site. I like taking on the technical and strategic side of ecommerce, the stuff that actually moves the needle on sales, not just making a store look good.
