Rachel did an excellent job. She took the time to understand what I required and delivered an excellent, and timely, result. She kept me updated on her progress and even offered to do a second job for me for free after having missed a deadline as a result of a misunderstanding.

Rachel was very thorough. She did a review of my book, and it was obvious in her review it was read completely. I also asked her to comment on some specific items and she did that for me also. Happy with her service and would use again.

Overall, I had a positive experience working with Rachael, who created very nice social media posts that aligned well with my needs. As a first-time client, it would have been good to have a bit more communication, particularly in clarifying a few details along the way.
