Requirements capture and design which will be used as a basis for a 100+ million-pound project to upgrade the air traffic control systems for the Nation Air Traffic service. Management of 5 teams using Agile methodology. Key stakeholder management across the NATS business. Key role in the successful transition of air traffic systems to Leidos. Technical leadership over a team of 15 highly skilled network consultants. Management of PMO including leadership of other project managers. Successful planning and management of multiple upgrades to the airport systems which had a possible impact of flight cancellations over the summer period. The project was seen as a fantastic success with no impact seen by the airport customers.
