I draw and stamp city permit sets in the states on my licence.
Architectural plans, MEP (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), and fire protection drawings. House, addition, ADU, and small commercial. AutoCAD. Imperial units.
I seal only the discipline I am licensed to seal, in that state. If the city wants an electrical PE or a fire protection PE and that is not my license, I draft and send it to the correct sealer or I refuse the stamp.
Send the city first. No order until I confirm the state and the stamp type.
