Hello, I'm Alan, a pro architect with over 7 years of experience in designing and drafting permit set plans for residential and commercial projects across the U.S. I work with a team of engineers, architectural designers and draftsmen across residential project types: single-family and multi-story homes, ADUs, garage conversions, remodels, and new construction. We understand what jurisdictions want to see, and we draw to that standard. My focus is disciplined scope, clear communication, and drawings that do their job.
