No, the packages do not include 3D modeling. However, I will do 3D models for additional charge depending on the scale.
Do you make Interior Walkthroughs?
Yes I do make Interior Walkthroughs as an additional service, But I should be informed before I start the project since I use a seperate software for walkthroughs.
what model type should be sent for rendering
I take Sketchup models only. I do accept rhino models also (for exteriors)
