It tooks 3 trials to get it done and to me, initial explanation was clearly enough to have it done right away. First the design wasn’t linear with letter having different sizes and than it wasn’t delivered with the format requested. Ultimately it was adresses and change so I’m happy with the final result.

I’m a returning customer, again the product met my standards fully. I received the first finished product within a day, then received the revision the following day. Only critique I’d say is the advertised 1 - 2 hour completion time is a little unrealistic. But it was still completed within a timely manner. Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish! The embroidery digitizing was accurate and professional, and my embroidery logo came out exactly as I imagined. I got the DST file quickly, and it worked flawlessly. The digitizing was clean and detailed, showing real skill. I’ll definitely use this seller again...

I really like the initial quick response and the onetime delivery, unfortunately the quality of work did not meet my expectation. the stitched in digitizing was just filled in across without attention to details, there was overlapping and certain lines across the picture which came out in the final work....
