Do I need to send music as well?
Yes, you do need to send music of your choice and taste along with the footage. [Tip - Make sure it's copyright free if you want to put video on Social Media]
Can you fix any kind of bad audio?
As audio isn't easy to be fixed in post, so make sure it's fairly clean and audible. Only then I can fix it to sound pleasant.
Can you add Zoom whip pan transitions in Vidseo as well?
No. In explainer videos, only subtle transitions can be used only at change of topic. Otherwise a big NO.
