Should I message you before ordering?
Yes. Send the error, Laravel version and steps to reproduce it. I will review the scope and recommend a package or custom offer before you order.
What does a revision include?
A revision corrects the delivered fix within the agreed scope. New bugs, new features and unrelated changes require a separate quote.
What access do you need?
Usually the relevant source code, error logs and a staging environment. Use temporary, limited access through the order and remove secrets from uploaded files.
Can you work on older Laravel applications?
Yes, subject to reviewing the codebase and PHP compatibility. A major Laravel or PHP version upgrade is quoted separately.
Do you fix API and payment integration errors?
Yes, I can troubleshoot existing integrations. New integrations, provider account issues and paid service fees are outside these packages.
Do you include deployment?
Code delivery is included. Deployment to your existing environment can be added after I review access, backups and hosting compatibility.
Do you provide support after delivery?
I include 7 days of support for problems directly caused by my delivered changes. New requirements and unrelated issues are quoted separately.
Can you guarantee a specific speed improvement?
I can investigate agreed performance issues and compare the affected workflow before and after. Results depend on the code, database, hosting and third-party services.
