Not one for bad reviews but Roy was very unreliable. Gave us a ETA few times. Each time had another reason why it could not be done. Our client for the project was not happy. Roy, Didn't do what was asked of him. And after explaining what was needed and what needed to be fixed - he stopped responding. Seems he has a difficult time with understanding fire sprinkler design. Even though the price was good for what he did - I would have paid him extra to finish what needed to be done.
