Hi, myself Suyash. I am practising Gita for 5+ years, and since then I have observed many changes in myself. To this date, I used to practise shlokas from Gita and take help from them whenever and wherever I get stuck. It is said that this scripture has answers to every question. And yes it has that. One can feel that. I have seen changes in my career, relationships, mindfulness, daily activities, overthinking and many more. I can write and tell about them entirely. Also, I love to hear people and see if Gita can help them in some way.
