À propos de moi
I’m a U.S.-based developmental editor, copy editor, and beta reader with a BA in Creative Writing from Michigan State, two published novel excerpts, and an LLMSW with a DEI Certificate. I previously interned at Arthouse Literary Agency, gaining experience in developmental and line editing and exposure to the publishing industry, including Publisher’s Marketplace. I’m passionate about character‑driven, inclusive stories that explore mental health. I can’t wait to read your manuscript!

Sydney did a great beta read. She was honest (completely), detail focused, and it was really like having a real world reader who you can get real feedback from. And she is supportive after the delivery too with questions. She was also ahead of schedule. Thanks so much!

I got very detailed feedback from Sydney. She helped me find where things were weak in my manuscript and what’s working. I would recommend her for any beta reads.

Would work again. I highly recommend Sydney. Her promptitude, her attention to details, her thorough review and her ability to adapt are all necessary qualities in this line of business and she posseses them all.

Working with Sydney was my first time collaborating with a Fiverr editor, so I was nervous. However, Sydney was amazing to work with! She was very understanding, worked quickly and meticulously, and was enthusiastic about my project in a way that reignited my creativity to write more. I will definitely be working with her again in the future!
