I started HN EDITORS about a year and a half ago with nothing but a passion for video editing and a belief that good content can change someone's career. What began as freelance editing work gradually turned into a full agency where I now lead a team of editors serving YouTube creators. Before building the agency, I spent time learning the craft on my own — studying what makes videos actually work, what keeps viewers watching, and what separates average content from content that grows channels. That foundation shaped how I run things today. At HN EDITORS, I oversee all client projects from start to finish. I work closely with YouTube creators, handle creative direction, manage editor workflows, and make sure every video we deliver meets a high standard. But beyond the editing itself, one of the things I take the most pride in is helping faceless channel creators find their footing. Many of them came to me with no audience and no clear direction. I guided them through building their content style, improving their structure, and staying consistent — and watched them grow from zero to earning real income from their channels. I genuinely enjoy the part where a creator goes from uncertain and inconsistent to confident and growing. That's what keeps me invested in this work. I don't just hand off edited files — I stay involved, give honest feedback, and push creators to improve their thinking, not just their videos. Running this agency has taught me a lot about leadership, creative problem-solving, client communication, and building systems that actually scale. It's still growing, and so am I.
